None of the support articles help! What should I do?

We can still help you figure out what's going wrong:

  1. Right click anywhere on the page and click "Inspect Element"
  2. A window will open up at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click on the "Console" tab in that window's top navigation bar.
  4. Take a screenshot of your desktop now and send it to us via the contact form on the top right of this page.

We can see if there are any errors logged in that console. Please also include your browser version and the operating system (e.g. Windows, Mac) you use.
