How do I insert timecodes in my transcript?
Self Transcription
In Self Transcription, you can insert the current timecode that the audio player is at by pressing the F6 shortcut key on your keyboard, while the audio is playing. You can also click on the "Insert Timecode" button right next to the Fast Forward button when an audio file is loaded.
Automatic Transcription
When uploading a file for automatic (machine) transcription, you can check the "Insert timecodes" option on the New Automatic Transcription page and also enter how frequently (eg: every 5 seconds) you want the timecodes to be automatically inserted in the transcript by our engine.
