How do I get the full transcript in automatic transcription?
During the trial period, Automatic Transcription is limited to 1-minute previews. However, once you purchase an Annual License with Automatic Transcription credits, to get the full transcript, you need to upload the same audio/video file once again, but this time leave the "Generate 1-minute preview" option unchecked in the New Automatic Transcription screen.
